Partner Up with Marketer/Collaborator for Web Deign Agency

Hey there -- I'm trying to start a new web design and development agency that will work both locally and online and am wanting to partner up with a motivated individual who is great at marketing, collaboration, and preferentially project management and client communication as well. There's no need to be local either -- working online is fine with me!

Check out the website so far for a better idea of what's being offered. If you're a Wordpress designer/developer that's great, but it isn't required. We use the Pagelines framework for rapid development, and a predefined streamlined process for projects. We're targeting small businesses and startups specifically. The more marketing skills and business skills you have is more so what I'm looking for.

Wanting to create a long-lasting partner relationship for this agency, to build and grow together. With combined efforts, of course the revenue would be split in two as well. Looking for someone who would make this agency a priority!
