Looking for someone to share my ideas with

Hi, I'm A Belgian student & I was looking for someone (Belgium citizen as well). 


I love webdesign en design in general, but I have some ideas that maybe you also have been thinking about as a developer or designer. 
I'm not a quite good developer, but I know some HTML/CSS...

My ideas in general:
  • Starting new web-apps;
  • Starting new social network or app;
  • Starting new Mobile App;

If someone has the same ideas like me or if you would like to get in touch, feel free to mail me. 
If we'd come up with something, we'll share the fame & finance... .
