Looking for solid, ambitious developers

I am an experienced entrepreneur looking for developers to start a new team. Non-solicitation clause from a prior transaction/exit leave me alone with my ideas. Thus, I'm looking for flexible and smart web and database developers to create a fun team focused on creating good products that will make money. Combination of equity and pay offered... But I'm looking to form a team,  so ego-driven hot shots need not apply. I'm good at what I do, so if you're good at what you do, we can make a lot of money together and disrupt some industries!
