Looking to Partner w/ Developer / Entrepreneur

I'm looking to partner with someone for a series of new web projects I have in mind. I'm looking for developers and entrepreneurs as well.
Compensation will be an equal split for all involved. I just need help getting these ideas out there! I'm very passionate about new web startups and just don't have the means to get the ideas from my head and on to the screen.
I've got the design skills needed for all these projects, I need someone with AWESOME coding capabilities and some business know-how.
The first project is a tutorial marketplace. Think iTunes for video tutorials. As an experienced software trainer myself, I know the need for on-demand ala carte training is out there, and someone needs to fill it! Why not us?
