help with business partnering and channel development

We're trying to build a distribution strategy.  Our application allow anyone, but in particular, small businesses, to build virtual brochures and pamphlets they can publish on various social networks (like facebook) and proprietary platforms (like eBay).  What we need help with is how to reach out to decision makers in other proprietary platforms so that our user generated simplebooklets can be published on their platforms (like yellowpages).  Any suggestions as to how to make contact and better yet, tailor a message they would be receptive to taking action, would be extremely helpful.
